Questions about this product?

How long does delivery take?

We make all of our furniture to order, by hand in our workshop, which means that delivery does take longer than off-the-shelf products. It takes us 3-4 weeks to build and deliver and item from the order date.
Is assembly required?

The items comes as one single piece. We ship sofas and chairs with the feet removed. When your item arrives, you will need to unscrew the travel feet and replace them with the feet that you have chosen for your order.
How Comfortable are T&F sofas

We offer cushions in fibre, foam and feather filling. All are durable and comfortable. Read our cushion filling guide for more information.
Do you offer a guarantee?

Our Chesterfield sofas are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery. The guarantee covers the frame, the fillings and the material. If there is a problem with your sofa and you need to make a claim under your guarantee, we will either offer you a repair or a full replacement.
Do you have a showroom?

You are welcome to come and view our furniture at our workshop in Blackburn. Visits are by appointment only between 10:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Call us or email us to arrange a visit.
